BETH WILLIAMS

Chief Executive Officer

Beth Williams co-founded TechTrans International (TTI) in 1993 to support the growing manned spaceflight collaboration between the United States and Russia.   As CEO and Chairman of the Board, Beth has built the company around an entrepreneurial culture of agility, responsiveness, respect and customer service. Her unique “hands-off” and “we can do this together” management style—key to the company’s success—empowers and encourages employees to rapidly identify and implement best and reasonable cost solutions for TTI customers. Under her leadership the company has grown from 3 employees to more than 200, developed an impressive roster of government and commercial customers, and worked in 180 countries and 67 languages to date.

ELENA SUKHOLUTSKY

President

Elena has over 30 years’ experience implementing, executing, and overseeing U.S. Government programs and has been instrumental in expanding TTI’s resources, global supplier network, international banking capabilities, customer base, and global footprint to support US Government customers operating in 180 countries.

NATASHA ROBARGE

Chief Operating Officer & VP of Business Development

Natasha has 30 years’ experience in federal support contracts, with more than 20 years in senior management roles. Her expertise includes oversight and management of worldwide operations involving thousands of stakeholders, service requesters, and end customers. She is also responsible for TTI business development and implementation of growth opportunities.

CHRIS NATION, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Chris has over 25 years' experience in accounting and finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.  In addition to accounting, his expertise includes U.S. government contracting, business management, finance, and FAR compliance.  He is responsible for corporate financial management, accounting, reporting, and compliance. 

JAMES WELTY

Vice President of

Information Technology

James has 25 years’ experience that includes the design, development, and management of information systems supporting U.S. Government contracts with NASA, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Department of Energy, and other customers subject to federal information security requirements. He also manages communications/IT infrastructure, systems, services, and helpdesk support to thousands of customer end users who transact business using TTI custom IT applications.
