Catering services are coordinated in full compliance with all federal, state, and local safety, food preparation, and handling standards, as well as in compliance with relevant customer policies. We coordinate with licensed, reputable hotels, restaurants, or catering providers to arrange banquets, luncheons, and daily meal services, as well as receptions or other food and beverage services.
Travel Reservations & Ticketing
TTI is an accredited travel agency and can arrange flights worldwide. We adhere to Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) or exceptions when applicable and have a robust change management capability. We coordinate air, rail, ground, and other modes of transportation, identifying the most economical and efficient option and itinerary in compliance with customer requirements.
Event Planning & Management
TTI Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) event planners deliver reliable, high-quality integrated support services including lodging, event venues, transportation, language, equipment rental, audiovisual support, signage and marketing, event websites, catering, promotional items, advance and onsite registration, onsite support, and other related services.
Visa & Passport Assistance
We facilitate visa and passport applications, advising customers regarding requirements and assisting with letters of invitation (as required), application completion, communication with Embassy or Consulate personnel, tracking application status, facilitating fee payments, and coordinating document delivery.
Lodging
Our Logistics Specialists can book lodging anywhere in the world, even in the remotest areas. We have long-term relationships with respected brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Radisson, Hilton, and Sheraton. Hotels are selected based on safety, cost, location, and amenities consistent with travelers’ expectations. Our logistics specialists negotiate aggressively to secure the best possible value for our customers.
Ground Transportation
TTI performs over 10,000 transportation runs annually and has delivered over 10 million safe ground transportation miles worldwide with zero injuries. Our Safe Driver program represents a comprehensive safety approach addressing driver qualifications and conduct, vehicle conditions, onboard safety features, and consistent monitoring. Services include airport meet-and-greet and hotel transfers using our network of stringently vetted suppliers.
Equipment Rentals
We coordinate rental of equipment for conferences, meetings, trainings, exercises, and other in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Our logisticians can source anything from tables and chairs, to audiovisual equipment, to portable trailers, to tents, to laptops and printers, to portable toilets and showers.
Audiovisual Support
We coordinate audiovisual support including rental of equipment such as speakers, microphones, projectors, screens, mixer boards, or other components. Our services also include professional support from audiovisual technicians.
Language Support
Our qualified, vetted, and tested professional linguists provide support in over 100 languages and dialects. We deliver in person interpretation in simultaneous, consecutive, escort, whisper, and social modes, as well as virtual interpretation support. Translation support includes desktop publishing, editing, and website localization.
Event Website Development & Registration
Our event planners coordinate participant registration for conferences and events, including both on-site and advance registrations. Our capabilities also include development of event websites and collection of registration fees.
Participant Engagement & Communication
Our event planners incorporate a variety of strategies to maximize participant engagement including surveys, interviews, activities, social media, networking opportunities, mobile apps, websites, and other options.
We routinely facilitate per diem disbursement, stipend payments, honoraria, or other funds to recipients worldwide. Disbursements may be distributed by on-site personnel or through financial tools such as bank wires, electronic fund transfers, Western Union, m-Pesa, and MoneyGram.

Our procurement team purchases over $30 million in goods and services annually in support of global logistics operations for our customers in compliance with U.S. Government and accepted industry standards. Our team creates statements of work, request for quotes (RFQ), maintain automated bid and award systems, and establish consistent evaluation criteria.
