We source anything from tables and chairs, to audiovisual equipment, to portable trailers, to tents, to laptops and printers, to portable toilets and showers.
Training Venue
We find the right location based on customer goals, objectives and resources. After selecting a venue, we negotiate contract terms, interface with property managers, and record site selection activities in our central database to facilitate future planning. We cover every detail to minimize risks, save money, and ensure high quality service.
Travel, Lodging, & Transportation
Our event planners deliver support services including identification and booking of group lodging, transportation, and other travel solutions for training events.
Catering
Catering services comply with all federal, state, and local safety, food preparation, and handling standards, as well as in compliance with relevant customer policies. We coordinate with licensed, reputable hotels, restaurants, or catering providers to arrange banquets, luncheons, and daily meal services, as well as receptions or other food and beverage services.
Exercise Support
We support planning and execution of training exercises for military, law enforcement, emergency services, and other organizations. Our logisticians identify suitable locations, arrange rental and/or procurement of equipment and supplies, support communications capabilities, and provide other essential support services.
International Partner Coordination
We routinely coordinate program participation with international partners worldwide to to maintain effective communication and achieve customer objectives.
